Mistral was founded by four friends from Leuven who share a love for natural wine, good food and great company.
We openened our natural wine/food sharing pop-up restaurant at Maakleerplek as a space to bring that idea to life; a place where bottles, plates, and conversations are meant to be shared.
Our chefs work with ingredients that are in season and close to home. They like to experiment with fermentation, texture and balance. Every dish is taste tested and refined until it feels right.

Our winelist is curated with care. Can be ordered online and tasted at our restaurant. We work with small producers who farm responsibly and make wine that speaks for itself.
